该系统支持帮取、帮送模式，包含用户端、骑手端和运营后台，适用于APP、小程序、H5三个端口，为跑腿团队提供了一站式的技术解决方案，并支持私有化部署。

一键抢单：新订单以弹窗加语音提醒的方式通知骑手，一键抢单，避免漏单，提高响应速度。

主动接单：接单大厅按距离显示待抢订单，骑手可根据自身情况主动选择接单。

自由开工：骑手可一键开启或关闭听单功能，灵活安排工作时间。

注意事项
Precautions

骑手端应用：考虑到后台运行时接收语音提示的需求，建议骑手端打包为Android APP，以确保在后台也能及时接收到新订单的语音提醒。小程序由于权限限制，在后台运行时可能无法接收此类提醒。
Rider End Application: Considering the need to receive voice prompts while running in the background, it is recommended to package the rider end as an Android APP to ensure that new order voice reminders can be received in the background. Due to permission limitations, mini-programs may not be able to receive such reminders when running in the background.
